This photo was taken by Bev Lormier earlier this week. The lynx just sauntered through her yard without a concern in the world. This is such unusual behaviour for a lynx!
I see this is a closed form. The expessions of these blogs are dictated to the rest of the readers, and if the controler of this blog does not like what others have to say... THEY ARE NOT POSTED. It is a shame, people like to be controlers and do not like the opions of others if its contradictory to there own opion.
Hey Dr. Bob (aka anonymous) as you've discovered anybody can post blog comments :-) And we always welcome new blog authors who are interested in posting news about LLJ. So far we have 14 authors.

thats unusual for an a lynx it makes me wonder if it is not afraid of humans in any way. I wonder if it has been scavenging
@Anonymous Hard to say! This area is full of snowshoe hares, grouse, squirrels, etc. But the lynx is definitely not afraid of humans.
