Many Lac Le Jeune residents will remember Noreen Bryant as an outstanding social convenor and bridge player. She was known for welcoming neighbours into her home for regular card games, and for striking up conversations on her long walks. Noreen was always full of laughter and good stories.

Noreen had an amazing life, filled with family, love and laughter. She touched so many and gave so much, a selfless, beautiful lady that we will all miss.
Predeceased by her loving husband, Jim, after 49 years of marriage in 1993. She was one of eleven siblings born in Roland, Manitoba, survived only by her brother, Chester, of Edmonton.
Survived by her children, ALAN (Alanah), Jim, John, Jeff, COLEEN (John), Kelly (Derek), Vanessa, Jonathan, Matthew, Alissa (James), Nathan, Brook, Jaide, JANINE (Tim), James (Kea), Breanden, Tom, Dana and Jillian.
Noreen graduated from Nursing School at Port Arthur General in 1942. Her nursing career was diverse and she enjoyed many years at Lions Gate Hospital in a variety of roles. Her primary focus in life was her family, always a helping hand and a thoughtful listener, not to mention her exceptional skills as a seamstress, knitter, and an amazing cook. Noreen was a very special Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and Friend. She will forever be in our harts. Rest in Peace.
