Another weekend, another fire

Another weekend and another fire...same location as last weekend. 

This time the wood was cut with a chainsaw. It seems unlikely that someone would take a chainsaw in a boat, so perhaps it was carried down from the subdivision. This occurred Sunday evening. Did anybody witness this?
